To deliver services, Validatar, LLC. (“Validatar”) may use third-party data processors (“Third-Party Sub-Processors”) to process Customer Data. Capitalized terms not defined on this page have the meanings ascribed to them by the terms set forth in the Master Subscription Agreement, the Validatar Cloud Terms of Service, the Validatar Cloud Evaluation Terms of Service, or the Validatar Server Terms of Service between the Customer and Validatar, as applicable (the “Agreement”).
By subscribing to receive updates about this page, you will be notified by email about changes to Validatar’s Third-Party Sub-processors that may be involved in processing your Customer Data.

How to subscribe to updates:
You must subscribe to receive email notification of updates to Third-Party Sub-Processors and such Validatar Affiliates by submitting (1) the email address for such notifications and (2) the full name of the legal entity on whose behalf you are subscribing. By submitting this information, you represent that you have all necessary rights to provide this information to Validatar.
How can current Validatar customers object to a new Sub-Processor?
If you are a current Validatar customer, with a fully executed data processing agreement (“DPA”) in place with Validatar, you may notify us of an objection to Validatar’s use of a new Third-Party Sub-Processor used to process your Customer Data by sending such objection to privacy@validatar.com within twenty-eight (28) days after Validatar’s notice of such new Third-Party Sub-Processor, or such other period of time as set forth in your DPA. Objections shall be handled as described in your DPA.
